The Product Marketing Manager will drive product marketing for Polycom's growing line of video conferencing devices and solutions. This is a fast-paced market that is highly dynamic and filled with change, and Poly is proven innovator and recognized leader, delivering exciting new solutions for world-class video conferencing experiences. Your day to day Product marketing for Poly group video conferencing products, owning camera and peripheral device marketing and driving alignment across the broader portfolio Act as the primary contact for marketing and sales for everything related to your products Get hands-on with the products, using your understanding of how they work and how customers use them to shape compelling benefit-focused content and positioning Lead new product launch activities to maximize awareness, ensure sales and partner teams are properly trained, and accelerate product ramp-up Drive the concepts and development for high-impact content (videos, web content, presentations, collateral, sales tools, etc.) to drive awareness and support demand generation efforts Generate creative strategic marketing plans to drive revenue and margin growth Partner with field marketing teams to drive outbound demand generation activities including solution launches, campaigns, awareness, channel programs, promotions, trade shows, and more Coordinate with global marketing teams to integrate into regional marketing plans Partner with Product Management in evaluating market trends and customer needs to prioritize product development roadmap and new feature requirements What you bring to the team Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Marketing. 3-5 years product marketing experience Technical degree not required, but must enjoy working with complex tech products - a marketer who is a geek at heart Experience implementing successful marketing and product launch plans Strong writing and ideation skills for collateral, trainings, promotional materials and web Solid presentation skills for high-impact sales and partner trainings and customer briefings Sharp attention to detail and eye for quality Strong interpersonal and influence skills Creative thinker with a results-oriented approach to projects Works well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Brand Marketing & ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
